Control systems choice

SPEICH control systems are used to manage the windscreen wiper systems and their auxiliaries. Each control system is designed to meet several installation needs and suitable for some wiper motor unit series:

1. Distributed control systems

DCS series: suitable to manage motors with integrated CAN bus interface. CAN bus commands can be generated from SPEICH control panel, from a gateway connected with switches or directly from the integrated bridge system. DCS control system allows actuating wiper motors in groups or individually and auxiliary devices. A perfect arm movement synchronization is obtained for wipers that work in the same operating mode. Available working mode are two continuous speeds and variable synchronized intermittence.

2. Centralized control systems

UC series: suitable to manage motors Z, MEX, SU, PG, PG-EXT.LC model for any voltage, it allows actuating within 10 wiper motors in one group or individually with an in-factory customizable control panel. Available working mode are one continuous speed and variable synchronized intermittence. The following auxiliaries can be actuated: washing system electrovalves or pumps, purge air electrovalves, wiper heater and window heated glasses;
PWS series: suitable to manage motors Z, MEX, S, PG, PG-EXT.LC model with low voltage 12/24V, it allows actuating within 5 wiper motors in one group or individually with an in-factory customizable control panel and washing cycle management. Available working mode are one or two continuous speeds and variable synchronized intermittence.
LMS series: it allows to control a group from three up to nine motor units with low voltage 12/24V and washing cycle management;
CT series: very compact, similar to a toggle switch, it allows controlling one or two motor units E and Z model with low voltage 12/24V and washing cycle management;
Switch ESB: ON-ON-ON switch suitable to feed two speeds motors E and LP model with self-parking and low voltage 12/24V.

As service, we design and manufacture Power Distribution Units (PDU) to feed big groups of wiper motors or heaters for glasses and wipers.
