MAIN DESCRIPTION

 The straight line wiper PG should be used on windows of any size, usually with wide base length, for heavy duty applications. These wipers consist of a wiper arm, with its blade, and a wiper motor unit, mounted internally, connected to the aluminum profile of the wiper within which a carriage alternately slides, driven by a belt, in both directions. Each component is custom made for each window and application.

This system is constructed out of non-corrosive and top quality materials and extensive customization of finishes is available. It complies with the IEC 60945 standard.

Control system is traditional UC system control panel or standard switches.

The wiper profile is also available with double arm (PGD model). On request these systems can be equipped with spray nozzles (option PG.ZZ) and with heated frame (option PG.HOT)

WIPER HOUSING AND MOTOR

 

Motor unit PG series consisting of electric motor serie PU, internally mounted, connected to the wiper alluminium profile into which a carriage, driven by a belt, runs alternatively in both directions. The motor unit PG is suitable for all kind of windows, usually with wide base length and its features are:

  • Heavy duty applications;
  • Compact motor unit dimensions;
  • Wiping speed of 1,2 m/s;
  • Automatic self parking position;
  • Available rated voltage: 12Vdc, 24Vdc, 110Vac, 220Vac;
  • Superior components are used to ensure long lasting systems.

WIPER ARMS AND BLADES

 

  • Wiper arms lengths are designed to suit all applications;
  • Wiper arms springs pressures are carefully selected to ensure smooth operation;
  • All arms constructed out of non-corrosive materials such as stainless steel AISI 316;
  • Both the arm base and the blade can be rotated (blade rotation is optional) to fit the glass geometry;
  • Flat and articulated blades. Blade length is selected to suit all applications.

CONTROL PANEL

 

  • UC control system: all-in solution based on relay controller suitable to operate a custom made number of wipers and auxiliaries; power supply voltages of 24 Vdc and 110 – 220 Vac and it is available in single version, to pilot one wiper only, or in several custom made versions. It can also drive auxiliaries devices.

WASHING EQUIPMENTS AND ACCESSORIES

 

  • Electrovalves for water or purge air supply;
  • Wash hose kits with various adaptors for securing hoses;
